Article 1: Definition

1. SOZO Pte Ltd (hereafter known as “the company”) sets out the following provisions to be applied with regards to the aforementioned company’s website hosted under www.afashop.co, www.afastation.com, sojapan.jp and all other related URLs (hereafter known as “the site”).
2. By using the site, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy, found at [https://afashop.co/privacy-policy/] incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these terms, you must not access or use the site or purchase the products.

Article 5: Purchases

1. All purchases through our site are governed by these terms and conditions. When placing orders with the site, it is deemed that you have read, agreed with and accepted our privacy policy as well as all of the terms and conditions herein. You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.
2. When you place an order, the site will send an acknowledgement to your email. No cancellation may be made after the order acknowledgment.
3. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will inform you and you will get full refund. This might be because the product is out of stock, unexpected issues such as cancellation from our manufacturers, or we have identified an error in the price or description of products. We accept no liability for our cancellation according to this section.
4. Legal or other necessary measures will be taken if it has been determined at any time, including after an order has been completed, that the user has violated the company’s terms and conditions.
5. The site only supplies the products for domestic and private use. The site accepts no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Article 6: Prices

1. All prices will be displayed on the site;
2. The site strives to provide only accurate information, however in the event of a pricing error the order will be altered to reflect the correct price. Where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, you will be required to pay the lower amount. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your further instructions;

Article 7: Shipping

1. The packaging is up to the company’s discretion. All costs related to shipping service will be borne by the user. All shipping costs and applicable services will be determined by the company and displayed on the site or separately informed to you. You are responsible for all tax and customs clearance.
2. The company will send products to the address stipulated by the user on the applicable order form. Users agree to contact their local post office (not the company) for any changes to the shipping address or other delivery details to be made after an order has been shipped;
3. Unless otherwise stated, we will deliver the products to you as soon as reasonably possible. All delivery schedules are estimates. The site accepts no liability for order or item cancellations caused by shipping delays, product availability, etc. 

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we may, but not obliged to, re-attempt the delivery for a maximum of three attempts, after which the product will be returned to the company. We will make reasonable effort to contact you for further delivery instructions. We reserve our rights to charge any storage fee or further delivery costs.

Article 8: Returns

1. You must report any defects in the products within 7 days of receiving the products. The site will then determine the best course of action to be taken. The company will not provide service for any reports received after 7 or more days have elapsed from an order’s date of receipt;
2. Users agree to follow the process noted above and to abide by any service terms set by the company.

Article 9: Product

1. In the event that a pre-order product cannot be procured, the site reserves the right to cancel any orders as necessary. You will receive full refund.
2. The site will do its utmost to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product descriptions, however, the company accepts no liability for inaccuracies or errors. Current descriptions take precedence over those previous noted. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The site cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.
3. To the extent permitted by laws, this site accepts no responsibility whatsoever for damage to or loss of merchandise. The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the products to the address you gave us.

Article 15: Exclusion of Liability

1. The site accepts no liability for damages incurred to 3rd parties by users. In the event of such a situation said user accepts all responsibility, legal and financial, and agrees to not take any action which would interfere with or damage the company in any way.
2. The company will accept no liability in any event including (without limitation) negligence for any damages or loss of any kind, including (without limitation) direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, expenses or losses arising out of, or in connection with the user’s use or inability to use the site, or in connection with any error, omission, defect, computer virus, system failure or in connection with the access of, use of, performance of, browsing in the site.

1. The agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The user agrees that any claim or dispute you may have against the company must be resolved exclusively by the Singapore Court located in Singapore.
