Kotobukiya has shared a short digest of the ARCANADEA Engage Fest 2026 TV anime talk stage. If you follow the model-kit series and have not watched the anime news yet, here are the moments worth catching. This is a digest of the first stage session, not the full event.

The anime is set for January 2027 in Japan

The stage introduces a teaser PV and confirms that the TV anime is planned for January 2027 on TV Asahi’s NUMAnimation block and BS Asahi. Those are Japanese broadcast details; overseas streaming information was not announced in this digest.

The stage puts faces to the new story

Alongside Lumitea, the panel introduces Shogo Kuga and Kaho Asagi. It also confirms that Gii will appear in the anime and introduces Gii’s master, Rin Kirinoue. The guests’ reactions to the teaser give the short video its charm: you can hear the excitement of seeing these characters move on screen.

Why kit fans may want to watch

ARCANADEA began as a Kotobukiya model-kit world built around its Dears and their distinctive designs. The teaser is an early chance to see how that world reads in animation. Our pick is to watch the character reveal first, then revisit the kits with a fresh eye for their expressions and silhouettes. Which Dear are you most looking forward to seeing animated?
