General Shipping

• In general all products will be fulfilled from Singapore unless otherwise stated. 
• The packaging is up to the company’s discretion. All costs related to shipping service will be borne by the user. All shipping costs and applicable services will be determined by the company and displayed on the site or separately informed to you. You are responsible for all tax and customs clearance.
• The company will send products to the address stipulated by the user on the applicable order form. Users agree to contact their local post office (not the company) for any changes to the shipping address or other delivery details to be made after an order has been shipped;
• Unless otherwise stated, we will deliver the products to you as soon as reasonably possible. All delivery schedules are estimates. The site accepts no liability for order or item cancellations caused by shipping delays, product availability, etc. 
• Shipping of preorder and ready stock orders will be done separately. 
• Ready Stock items will be processed for fulfillment within 3 business days of order placement. 
• Preorder fulfilment schedule is via best effort basis, it is common to see delays of one or two months from the brands and distributor.
• If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we are not obliged to, re-attempt the delivery. We will make reasonable effort to contact you for further delivery instructions.
• We reserve our rights to charge any storage fee or further delivery costs.
